Tech arrived on site. Found the condenser non operational. Inspection found the capacitor had been miss wired. Tested the capacitor and it is good. Re wired the capacitor. Tested operations. Unit is 25 years old. Pulling high amperage. Motor is rusty. But it’s operational. Client signed up for monthly maintenance plan. Unit is operational upon departure.
