Arrived on site to perform fall tune up on Downflow 2014 unit. Client stated no issues. Cons located in back yard and furnace it’s located in a laundry room closet. Cycled heater and was good.motor was replaced no protection on unit. Filters were dirty and replaced. Client keeps them on hand. Blower assembly is dirty but okay just want to keep dirt out from entering unit. Found control board burnt up on relays. Advised no good and board is still operating but could fail in future due to bad condition. Showed client and she saw and is aware of condition. Client is aware of how unit is running and conditions. Cycled system to ensure system operating. System is operational upon departure.
