Arrived on site to perform AC maintenance on 2 12 year old Aireflo units. Cycled systems for cooling. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Outdoor condensers have basically been completely rebuilt and all components are still in order and within range. Systems are pulling amperages on the inefficient side but still cooling. Ran systems through inspection checklist. Pulled condenser motors off and thoroughly washed out condenser coils inside and out. Checked indoor units electrical and components. Temperature splits are within range. Homeowner will be replacing his filters as they were pretty hammered. Went over findings and recommendations. Cycled systems, systems are operational upon departure.
