Upon arrival, found system with no power. Replaced transformer and system now has power. Client bought a thermostat that is not compatible with heat pump & auxiliary. Is gonna purchase a new one and program. Will call us if he needs help. System is non operational. But now has power. Could not diagnose further due to thermostat . System is very dirty inside. Client is aware.
