Arrived on site and client stated unit is heating but is not getting to the comfort she wants. Inspected unit and found filter dirty and replaced. Cycled unit and unit is heating just not as warm as she should likes. Found temperature to be off by 2 degrees. Inspect unit inside and out and unit is operating as it should. Unit not getting temp she like. Found unit low on charge. Inspected all connections, inside and out. Bubble tested wields, inspected with leak detector. Was unable to find what is happening. Advised office will be getting a warranty technician out to inspect unit as to what is going on. Unit is heating and client felt it warm for now as unit is operational. No charge for today. Debbie did I not answer and left voicemail and advised office will call her to get back on schedule
