Performed AC tuneup on 3 ton two system condenser. Upon maintenance found that downstairs system suction line was icing up due to indoor blower failing. Downstairs 3 ton aire-flo 1. Found the indoor blower failed causing suction line to ice up and form ice with an evaporator coil. 2. Hardstart no longer supplying proper micro reading to support Lock rotors on start up 3. High-voltage really responsible for starting system showing signs of pitting on contact point along with high ohms on low voltage coil which can lead to shorts or popping fuses in attic 4. System may be low on R22 refrigerant Not for sure until indoor blower is fixed to check pressures 5. Suction line insulation falling off 6. Disconnect did not contain any fuses or surge protection Upstairs 3 ton 1. Found the compressor failing on lock rotor start ups while under a load, Is causing compressor not start when called for this can be intermittent 2. Found that system was pulling 12 A on an 85° day this amperage will inc
