Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on a 2016 Lennox system. Condenser located in back yard. Furnace and evaporator coil located in attic. Client stated no issues just wanted to get system hacked up on and replace filter. Client tune cooling on. Thermostat was good. Did indoor nit inspection. Insulation is good. Found filter to completely clogged and restricting air flow to system. Advised this is really bad and need to be replacing filter about every 2 months Due to home surrounding by dirt fields. Blower wheel is dirty due to lack of filter change out. Build up is creating stress on motor. Blower motor is good and oil free. Found secondary motor control for blower motor is bad and out of range. Recommend replacing before completely gives out and system will not have any air flow. Evaporator coil is clean at this time. Drain lines are good and clean and draining. Temperature split is in range and cooling. Cycled system to ensure system operating. Washed condenser coil inside an
