Performed AC maintenance on two systems Goodmans 15 years old. Upon my maintenance I came across a few points concerns and they are- Upstairs 3 ton- 1. Found the condenser fan motor is leaking lubricant from bearing and shaft 2. Found that battery Is weak on hermetic side terminal due to compressor pulling high amps 3. High voltage rely showing signs of pitting on contact point 4. Found the compressor was pulling 10 A on 70° day this can be a problem once the summer hits and put the system in a higher risk of failing 5. Fan motor was also over ramping due to lubrication leaking out 6. System extremely low on R22 refrigerant Downstairs 3 ton- 1. Found the condenser fan motor is leaking lubrication from bearing shaft as well 2. High voltage really showing signs of pitting on contact point 3. Fan terminal on the battery cap Rating 5.2 this is considered out of range on data plate 4. Compressor also pulling high amps at 10 also
