Performed furnace maintenance On 2010 Lennox system. Upon my maintenance there were a couple points of concerns that were addressed with homeowner. 1. Found that water leakage may have been coming from collector-box or secondary He change it also did not find any signs of cracks on the plastic or within the heat exchanger this could be from the past 2. Air restriction is very high on the system due to it being zone and it’s only a one stage 90% furnace. Typically it’s recommended to have a two-stage furnace when you have zoning due to airflow problems 3. Found the indoor blower motor is beginning to over amp due to oil leakage from bearing this may cause the motor to lock up or over heat. 4. Single secondary motor control is becoming weak due to motor using too much power 5. Scroll wheel is becoming kicked in dust and debris due to 1 inch filter is not filtering out dust particles efficiently recommend that filter rack is installed to increase filtration
