Arrived on site to return for service on a torn plenum. Client is aware this is a this repair today would be patching up Return prone to furnace as client is just trying to get more time out of system. Over found plenum did not have any support and was causing to off balance the plenum and where it was sealed tore. Advice it be best to add support by strapping duct strap under plenum and support it and not trip due to weight from um and ducting connected to it. Re sealed plenum with U.v and metal tape. Strapped up plenum with 2 straps crossing under plenum for support. System was now operational. client Did approved for repairs done today and is happy and is aware of reseal repairs. System is operational upon departure. Client will call us about other repairs and Gwen he would like to move forward with them.
