Performed AC and heating maintenance on a Lennox condenser. Heating temperature split is a 36 degrees. Indoor amp draws are good. Filter was dirty and replaced today. UV bulb is glowing well. Ignitor and flame sensor were cleaned and verified in range. Duct runs are sealed. Cooling temperature split is 22 degrees. Condensate lines are clear. Safety switch was loose and repaired. Outdoor unit was extremely dirty but washed today. Refrigerant levels were verified ok. System was running at end of appointment.
