Performed AC maintenance on a pair of carrier condensers. Downstairs unit is cooling over 20 degrees. Condensate lines are clear but have no overflow switch. Battery cap for the blower motor is failed and causing damage to the motor. Burned diodes on the control board. Outdoor unit was deep cleaned. Starting components were measured and verified ok at this time. The battery and starter and fan have been swapped on this unit. Surge protection was also added previously. Refrigerant levels are ok.
