Arrived on site to perform diagnostic. Homeowner just took back possession of home after it being a rental for a couple years. Heating is not operating. He had someone else come out and told him that there were wires that were cut inside the furnace. He does have his insurance company coming out on Monday to look into this issue as well as other issues in the home. Cycled system for heating. Unit is completely unresponsive. Went into attic to inspect unit. Opened up unit and found that several wires have been pulled off from circuit board as well as ignition board. Ignition board looks like it has been replaced and all the wires are a complete mess. Unit Is not recieving command from thermostat due to disconnected wires. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner. He wants to hold off on any repairs until his insurance company comes out on Monday. Also wants to hold off on any maintenance work as the home is going to be for sale. Closed unit back up. Unit is not operational
