Call was to evaluate system. Previous companies said the system was leaking refrigerant and should be replaced. Condenser coil is in poor shape. Performed leak search on unit. Found nothing. System was calling for 14 degrees of sub cooling. Currently system is at 5. Could be it wasn’t charged properly upon install. It’s also possible the hole in the condenser coil is messing with the operating pressures. System has a 20 degree temp split. Found no failures during this visit. We will monitor system during maintenance. Unit is operational upon departure.
