Arrived on site and performed AC maintenance on 2016 Lenox unit. Upon arrival Heather stated that the system has been working fine and she has no questions at this time. Preformed full maintenance on outdoor unit And found a point of concern. 1. Starter on outdoor condensing unit is beginning to burn up on contact point due to overworking. This component is responsible for starting the unit and distributing power to both compressor and fan. 2. Condenser coil was heavily covered in dust and debris and recommend that fencing around it is swapped to something with more airflow. 3. Dirty condenser coil is causing compressor to overwork causing starter to burn up. Discussed and presented for maintenance to Heather and she is aware of current condition at this time. She would like discuss with her husband regarding Whole house purification and replacement of the starter outside. Client will also be ordering filters for the future visits. System was reset and tested and is fully operational
