Arrived on site to perform AC maintenance on carrier condensing unit. On arrival homeowner stated that he has had no issues. Performed deep cleaning on outdoor condenser coil. Measured refrigerant pressures and found that they were in range. Electrical was in good condition as well. Surge protection is active at this time. Client will Buy his filters and install. Amperages were in range. At this time there’s no further recommendations for outdoor unit. Temperature split is good and upon departure system is fully operational.
