Performed AC maintenance on a Lennox system. Units cooling temperature split is 20 degrees. Condensate line is clear and pump is in good working condition. Indoor blower is clean and in range. Primary start control is in range at thus time. Outdoor unit was dirty and chemically washed. Compressor and fan amps are in range at this time. Refrigerant levels are ok. Outdoor unit is not protected. Electrical components have minor signs of wear. System was running upon end of appointment.
