Performed Diagnostic on 2005 system. Homeowners dog chewed up the condenser low voltage wires as well as the rubitex around the lineset. Quoted homeowner on replacing wire and rubitex as that is where we would have to start in order to test unit operations. Removed all checked up wire and rubitex, ran new wire inside of new rubitex in hopes that dog does not chew it through. Cycled system for cooling and system came right on. Condensers are extremely dirty and clogged with pet hair. Recommended performing maintenance on condensers, as well as recommended our maintenance program for both systems. Homeowner wants to sign up on yearly maintenance program for both systems. Went ahead and performed maintenance on both units. Checked electrical and system components. Pulled condenser fan motors on both units and thoroughly washed out the condenser coils inside and out. Replaced both 1 inch filters. Added new compressor booster kits to both units per homeowner Approval. Cycled systems for coo
