Upon arrival performed diagnostic. There is no air flow on the 2 back rooms. Customer stated it can get as hot as 120 degrees in these 2 rooms. System is original to the home. Bill and Darren are following up with each other to get proper airflow to home. Design of havoc system is very old and inefficient. Recommend replacing.
