Performed AC maintenance on 2 2006 York systems. Homeowner purchased the home about a year ago and has never had it checked. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Pulled condenser fan motors to thoroughly wash out condenser coils inside and out on both units. Cleaned electrical compartment. Left replacement filters with homeowner. Performed thorough evaluation of systems. Conditions are as follows Upstairs System: 1. Compressor is over amping on start up 2. Condenser fan motor amps in range 3. Primary motor control is in good condition 4. Secondary motor control is out of range 5. Lineset rubitex is completely chewed through Downstairs System 1. Compressor is over amping on start up 2.
