NO COOL. Found system operational upon arrival. Customer showed me an area by the bathroom where water had been coming down and another area closer to the access. Upon inspection of the drain lines in the attic, found no water leaking or lines backing up. Main line was flowing. The only area of condensation dripping was an area of exposed copper. Recommend adding insulation to this area. Spoke with wife but she was busy on zoom meeting so she suggested calling her husband to relay the information to him. Spoke with Clifford and he went over what he did to repair system. He wanted us to look at the unit to make sure it wouldn’t leak again. Recommend safety float switch with both lines clearing. Customer stated he cleared the line with a vacuum a couple days ago and also fixed a problem with a fitting on the drain pan. Customer used to small refrigeration back in the day and so he understands some of this. Unit cooling and operational upon departure. NO REPAIRS DONE TODAY.
