LOWES PTU. Found system operational upon arrival. Replaced filters with cut to fit universal filters x3. Duct ok. Insulation ok. Blower ok at this time. Coil clean at this time. Washed condenser coil. Checked electrical and freon. Motor control is within range but it is not strapped and may move with vibration. Compressor amperage ok. Condenser motor is leaking oil which is an early sign of failure from overheating. Amperage on this motor is still within the manufactures range. Freon levels ok. Unit operational upon departure. Went over recommendations with customer. Not interested, declined today.
