Performed furnace maintenance on 2000 carrier System. On my maintenance there are multiple points or concerns that were addressed with Ms. Brown. 1. Indoor blower motor is leaking oil from bearing, dirt and debris has began to collect on the top of the motor this can cause overheating. 2. Found that capacitor has become out of range, This has occurred due to the fan motor using more power than needed 3. Static pressure on system was 1.7. This is way too high and is an indication of air restriction. system is designed for .50 and your system is exceeding that tremendously. 4. Found that secondary drain line has cracked in rotted due to age.this can cause a major flood over or leakage onto the ceiling or other components around it there. there is already previous water stains from the past due to leakage. 5. Slab Evaporator coil Is clogged with Dirt, hair, and skin particles from past years. Need cleaning 6. Entire system from evaporator coil to indoor blower cabinet needs an intensive
