Upon arrival performed routine maintenance. Indoor motors are both in good condition. Blower wheels are both starting to collect some dust on fins. Flame sensors on both systems have a lot of corrosion build up, this can cause systems to intermittently stop working. There is no distribution boxes on returns, returns are connected to side of furnace. Gas valve and shut offs in working order. Cleaned inside of furnace took out all insulation and dust from heating cabinet. Gas pressures good. - corroded flame sensors - standard filtration - dirty blower wheels - circuit board good - cleaned off furnaces Gonna follow up with client, gonna speak to wife about membership and upgraded filtration.
