Upon arrival performed maintenance on 2005 comfort maker. Cleaned and dusted indoor cabinet and outdoor of furnace. Gas valve and shut off in working order. Disassembled burners and cleaned all dust inside. Circuit board and electrical connections good. Evap coil is dirty, recommend cleanings and swapping filters out more frequently. Inducer draft motor running close to high amperages. Examined heat exchanger, lots of hot spots and corrosion. Checked for any damaged parts of heat exchanger, did not verify any cracks. Temp rise splits in range. - dirty blower wheel - dirty evaporator coil - dusted all electrical components - cleaned and sanitized indoor caging Disassembled burners and dusted off System was reset tested and fully functional upon departure.
