Arrived on site to perform fall tun up on a 2014 carrier system. Client stated no issues. Cycled both thermostat and are good. Found all filter dirty and over due replacement. Recommend replacing more often are as needed to prevent air flow restrictions and dirt entering system. Blower assembly and wheel are getting dirty and accumulating dirt and debris. Recommend cleaning blower assembly to reducer wear on motor. System has 2 zones on a single stage system. Advised would want variable speed system to help improve airflow all around home and less stress on motor. Secondary motor control is good. Flames sensor slight wear. Igniter is good and in range. Found inducer motor with a lot of play on wheel and is pulling almost max amps. Wheel of inducer is getting unbalanced and can cause inducer motor to fail sooner then expected to wear its self caused. Heat exchanger is good. Drain lines are dirt and accumulating debris in system. Advised secondary line is dripping straight into emergenc
