Summer AC Maintenance Performed Upon arrival system is working and operational. I began my maintenance at the outdoor condenser by cleaning with water and coil solution. I inspected electrical equipment for wear as well as tight connections. Tested amp draws on system, checked and measured refrigerant pressures and charge. Upon inspection of outdoor unit I found the disconnect to have no electrical safety’s, recommended and installed surge protection on outdoor unit. I then proceeded to the indoor furnace unit. Inspected ducts for leakage, checked condensates for proper drainage, checked electrical connections ensuring they are tight. Inspected blower compartment for dust and proper balance. Measured temperature split. Upon inspection of indoor furnace I found there to be no surge protection, as well as having no condensate safety’s. Recommended and installed furnace surge protection and a safety switch. Upon departure system is working and operational. It was a pleasure servic
