Arrived on site to diagnose a no cooling 2001 Lennox unit. Tenants stated they notice home getting warm and unit was on it they went out side and saw outside fan not spinning. Called us and out tenants stopped using unit. Inspected unit and found fan seized up and not spinning. Airflow was operational in home. Inspected all electrical compartment and components. Start was really burnt up from operation. Secondary control was boarder line from bad. But still operational advised should consider replacing before gets gets and bad. De to age advised should have a booster kit to help preserve compressor from hard start up every start up. Fan motor was completely bad. Tenant stated unit was cool good before. Called Bob and went over all findings. Advised of minimum repairs and findings and all over areas of concerns with unit. Went over all findings with client advised now is the time to consider full system replacement due to the age and condition, R-22 refrigerant and repairs needed. Co
