Arrived on site to perform diagnostic on a no cooling. 2013 carrier unit. Condenser located in back yard. Furnace located in attic.spoke to client he stated he think motor went bad. As he had past issues and the same issues happened today. They also had synergy come and install a new Honeywell. Unit was not calling for cooling. Jumped unit at board and found a low voltage short as fuse got popped. Removed condenser thermostat wires. Fuse did not pop. Put in a tester stater and it was pulling in due to command for cooling. Put thermostat back on wall to run it as it should. Found there as bad and not clicking over. Jumped now at the thermostat and unit was operational. Advised stater and thermostat are bad and would need replaced to continue. Got u it operational and checked pressure. Pressure looked as if unit was low and and had a refrigerant restriction. Inspected indoor and put. Found unit to be to different sizes units. Condenser is a 2.5 Ton and furnace is a 5 ton. Advised unit i
