Nichole and Brian went way beyond what is normally expected for customer service. After hours on Friday, my air conditioning system shut down (a 95+ degree day). A call to CAS was answered by Nichole. I explained the situation to her and she found where Brian was, contacted him, and had him contact me. Brian called me after 7pm and guided me thru the procedure of re-setting the water sensor switch. Air came back on. PS. Had CAS back on Monday to replace the bad sensor. I'm a happy camper!!!
