WARRANTY. Found system operational upon arrival. Customer said he removed filter to see if it would work. It didnt. Customer also tried to wash unit outside. That didn’t work either. Customer ended up leaving the unit off overnight. It has been cooling down the home all day today. Upon inspection found suction line freezing over and furnace with water all over it. Checked unit and found low pressures. As I began to add freon head pressure went up and suction did not rise. Refrigerant flow valve needs to be replaced along with filter drier. Customer is only responsible for $756 deductible to have this done. Ordering parts through lennox. Will contact customer when part is in. Unit not operational upon departure.
