Upon arrival performed maintenance on furnace unit. Inspected blower motor. Blower wheel cleaning is dirty, causing weight on blower motor. Secondary motor control is out of range, rated for 10mfd actual is 3.2 mfd. heat exchanger has stress marks due to heat, did not identify any cracks. Evaporator coil is completely covered with inches of dirt, debree, hair etc. there is not one single part of evap coil shown, this is very critical to motors air flow issues, allergy’s, dust inside of home. Dirty evap coil can cause harm to compressor, fan, secondary motor controls. Replaced 1inch filter. Circuit board and electrical connections are in fair conditon, circuit board has heat marks. System is operational, system needs extensive cleanings.
