Performed combo tune up on 4 year old Goodman system. Cycled system though heating and cooling modes. Checked indoor and outdoor unit electrical and system components. Tested all heating components. Wiped down blower assembly as well as heating compartment. Cleaned flame sensor. Blower wheel is clean, motor is healthy. Filter needs to be replaced, home will be ordering it and replacing themselves. Outdoor unit primary motor control is in good condition. Secondary motor control within range. Refrigerant levels are in range and system is producing proper temperature split. Thoroughly washed out condenser coil inside and out. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner. Cycled system, system is operational upon departure.
