Upon arrival performed combo maintenance. Indoor motor is leasing oil and blower wheel is completely dirty. Evap coil is gunned with dirt and debree. Heat exchanger has lot of heat marks. Outdoor fan motor leaking minor oil. Compressor pulling high amperages. Secondary motor really low. Primary motor control pitted. System was reset tested and fully functional upon departure.
