Upon arrival performed diagnostic. Found system non operational. Fan motor leaking excessive oil with bad bearing. Secondary motor control was completely out of range. Primary power distributor was pitted and burned at contacts. Did a full condenser rebuild. This is a rental property, wanted to get the most out of system. Checked refrigerant levels they are in good condition. Signed them up with membership to come out and maint central air system. System is operational after rebuild. Electrical connections in tact. System was reset tested and fully functional upon departure.
