Upon arrival performed combo tune up on 1 year old system. Made sure system is operational, cycled system on and off multiple times. Replaced merv filter. Ducting is in very good condition, seals are sealed correctly, duct is strapped and straight. Circuit board and electrical connections good. Recommend surge protection to keep all electrical components protected. Opened up condenser and cleaned out coils, client is doing work in back yard and system got very dirty. Secondary motor control in range. Primary control good. Amperages and start up in range. - dirty filter. - replaced filter. Client was outside so I can show them how condenser is supposed to be at all times.
