Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on 2 2009 carrier units. Both condenser located on side of home. Other furnace and Evaporator coils located in attic. Clients stated no issues. Replaced filters. Washed condenser coil inside and out. Both units good. Checked electrical compartment and components. Found both primary and secondary motor controls are good and both in range as these parts have been replaced in past. Fan motor on upstairs is good and new and downstairs is original and leaking oil from working at max amps. Checked compressor start amps on both and are good. Run amps on both units are in range at this time. Checked pressure and are good and cooling upstairs at 22 and downstairs at 20 degrees. Advised client no protection on oth units. Inspected indoor units. Blower assembly are good upstairs motor is leaking oil and high on amps. Downstairs motor is good amps are good n range. Both secondary motor controls for both motors are bad and out of range. Recommend replacin
