Upon arrival performed maintenance on Hvac system. Indoor motor and wheel are in good condtion. Heating order of operation in range. Dusted off all electrical. Burners cleaned. Circuit board and electrical connections good. Client declined membership, since we did tune ups today. Open e up entire outdoor system and cleaned coils. Amperages on compressor and fan motor in range. Refrigerant levels good. Disconnect good. Secondary motor control on fan side is out of 5% range. System passed inspection.
