Performed AC maintenance on a Goodman system. Cooling temperature split is 15 degrees. Condensate lines are clear but do not have a safety switch. Filter was dirty and replaced today with a MERV 16. Outdoor unit was chemically cleaned. Compressor bay and service panel was cleaned. Recommending surge protection for the outdoor unit due to it having a control board outdoor. Electrical components are in range. Refrigerant is low.
