Performed furnace maintenance on a 2004 Bryant furnace. Upon arrival the Heater was not turning on, I restarted the furnace and it cycled back on. Systems static pressure is high at .9. Heating temperature split is 50. Inducer motor is amping high but still in range. Blower wheel is very dirty, flame sensor was cleaned. Ignitor was measured and recorded. Blower motor is heavily leaking oil and needs to be replaced. Battery cap is ok. Burn marks on a diode on the control board. The heat exchanger is cracked on 3 of the chambers. The gas valve was turned off at end of appointment. Homeowner went over pricing with Darren today.
