Performed heating maintenance on a Goodman gas furnace. System is equipped with a Merv filter rack. The current merv 16 filter is still ok at this time. Gas valve was tested. Sensors and switches were cleaned and tested. Duct runs are sealed. Zoning equipment was tested. Ignitor is in range. Combustion blower and primary blower are amping in range. Blower wheel is clean. Furnace is protected Thermostats are accurate. Recommending new WiFi thermostats that work with your iPhone for ease of control with the upstairs and downstairs zones. System is operational at end of appointment.
