Arrived on site to test unit and close it up as client had u it frozen over. Had it melt and came back to ensure motor is operational and cooling too. Found unit all opened up and closed up unit. Connected the condenser wires and the disconnect for outside. Cycled unit and u it’s did run. Spoke over with client about past recommendations and he stated he not trying to do any at this time just been waiting for u it to fail to replace it. Advised him of all the findings in past as well the other guys have recommended to him and with units being low on charge. Advised him if other issues do occurs he has been Informed in past as well recommended repairs just has been declining. Advised unit is running and recommended clearing out lines and adding safety overflow switches to prevent water damage but he did hold off. Unit is operational and is running the best it can. He is aware and okay with so. Unit operational upon departure.
