Arrived on site to perform AC diagnostic on 2003 downstairs ICP condensing unit. Upon arrival James stated that the downstairs system was completely iced up as of yesterday and he has let it all thaw out. Began diagnostic at outdoor system and found that it was immediately icing up again so we proceeded to the indoor unit to find out the indoor blower motor is not moving any air across the evaporator coil. Single secondary motor control was defective. Installed new motor control and motor was pulling 16 A indicating that it is overheating and over amping. Proceeded to outdoor unit and inspected electrical and found that dual secondary motor control was weak on compressor side terminal. At this time presented repair options to James and he Prefers getting as much time out of the system as he can until they break down but would like to sign up on the maintenance plan and authorize for the economic repair. Installed new indoor blower motor and had a 28° split. Although I did measure refr
