Upon arrival, system was not operational. Client said thermostat would cycle on and off. Found condensate float switch had tripped. Flushed out condensate line and installed customer supplied thermostat. System would not cycle on. Testing found both the Y and G wires were shorted out. Had to use the W wire (heating) and used it for cooling. System is operational however the system can’t heat. Need to return and install add a wire kit or run new thermostat wire.
