Upon arrival performed lowes AC and Furnace tune up for $119. Inspected indoor unit. Sequence of operation for heating mode was good. Blower wheel does have have debris build up. Amps on blower wheel and inducer motor ok. Temperature rise on unit good. Unit does not have condensate safety switches and unit is on 2x4 wood which is not safe. Inspected outdoor unit. Amps on compressor high pulling 73.5 max is 75 recommend to add hard start kit. Primary and secondary motor controls looked good. Pressure on unit good as well. Temperature split was at a 20 which is good too. Fan motor does have a lot of rust build up but no signs on leaking oil anywhere. Amps were within range as well. Cycled system on and off before leaving. System is operational upon departure.
