MAINTENANCE FAU/AC. Found system operational upon arrival. Customer stated everything was working fine. Customer did have an issue with the fan not coming on. Checked wiring and everything looked correct. Checked furnace and wiring was fine. Gas pressure was ok. Static pressure was ok. Electrostatic filter was still clean. Customer has extra media from ARS in a box. Air scrubber core is out and needs replacement. Customer declined. Temp rise is within range. Blower is clean. Coil is clean. Board shows no hot spots. Voltage is within range. Duct is in good condition at this time. All limits and switches operational at this time. Checked air conditioner. Washed condenser coil. Temp split ok. Freon pressures ok. Equipment has no surge protection. Also recommend booster kit. Customer declined at this time. Freon is new 410a style freon. Motor control within range. High voltage transfer switch.
