Technician arrived on site and started performing tuneup on one HVAC system. System is a train and is 13 years old installed in 2008. Started with the furnace and went through the entire safety checklist. Nothing unsafe found in this unit. All limits and safety’s working properly. Amperages were ok. Temp rise good. Static low. Needs more airflow .3. Found filter to be super restricted. Blower wheel was also bad. Did a pull and clean on the wheel and it’s working better now. Went to the condenser and cleaned the coils. They had been neglected. Once clean checked all amperages. All were within range except the condenser fan motor. It is rated for .7 and it’s pulling .7. Motor is leaking oil. Would replace soon.
