Performed diagnostic on 1 year old unit. Homeowners just moved into the home and recently turned the heater on for the first time. Homeowner stated that heater is super loud. Opened unit to find that an NV low emissions furnace was installed. Noise is coming from inducer motor. Talked to tech support to trouble shoot unit. Ensured that gas pressures were set accordingly. According to tech support inducer has to be changed with new model, but they are ensure when it will be available. No repairs available at this time. System is operational upon departure, but noise will be intermittent.
