Temperature rise is good a heating home. Clean blue flame created. Drain lines is good and clear. No protection on unit and recommended adding surge protectors on unit to pro from electrical surges and power outages that can damage or even short out systems and components. Cycled unit and went over all findings and recommendations. Client is aware and did hold off for now l and will call Is when ready. Cycled unit to ensure system operating. System is operational upon departure.
