Upon arrival performed diagnostic. System does not cool properly. Found system icing up on refrigerant lines. Evap coil is dirty and causing air restrictions. Blower wheel is completely covered in dirt & debree. Indoor motor is leaking oil and has a lot of dirt covered in it. Outdoor fan motor leaking oil. Compressor is freezing up due to restrictions inside of system. Recommend replacing system due to age and inefficiency & cost of repairs.
